CLEARFIELD CITY Notice of PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following public hearings have been scheduled to be heard by the Clearfield Planning Commission at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 9, 2019; and by the Clearfield City Council at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 22, 2019. Public Hearing, Discussion and Possible Action on GPA 1812-0007, a general plan amendment request by Clearfield City to amend the Clearfield City General Plan to allow the use of the R-1-6 Zone in areas identified as residential. Planner: Brad McIlrath (Legislative Matter). Public Hearing, Discussion and Possible Action on ZTA 1812-0008, a zoning text amendment proposal by Clearfield City to amend the development standards for the R-1-6 Zoning District as outlined in Chapter 11-9C of the Clearfield City Land Use Ordinance. Planner: Brad McIlrath (Legislative Matter). The meetings will be held in the Council Chambers on the 3rd Floor of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah 84015. All interested persons present will be given an opportunity to be heard. A copy of the application is available for review at the Customer Service Center on the 1st Floor of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah, Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
