The Harrisville City Planning Commission will hold a series of public hearings at its regular meeting on January 9, 2019, at 7:00 p.m., at the Harrisville City Hall, 363 W. Independence Boulevard, for the purpose of receiving comment on the following amendments to the land use ordinance: 1) repealing and re-enacting Chapter 11.16 for cluster subdivision/development, 2) amending Section 11.20.250 limiting recreational utility vehicles in zones, and 3) repealing Section 11.10.020(11) and 11.14.020(2) and enacting a Mixed Use Zone.
