- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Thursday, December 27, 2018 at the Eureka Memorial Building, 263 West Main Street, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. ROLL CALL. 2. Michael Alexander Knight Silver, LLC - Petition to Annex Knightsville into Eureka City Limits. 3.
