NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council on January 8, 2019 to receive public comment on a request by Troy Dana and TJ McLelland, representing Don Lien for Zoning and Land Use Map Amendments, known as the Lien Zoning and Land Use Map Amendments, for the purpose of rezoning the property from Residential/Agricultural to Residential and modifying the land use map designation from Residential Low/Medium Density to Residential Medium Density.
The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on January 8, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. Inquiries may contact Jennifer Jastremsky at the Draper City offices, (801) 576-6328.
