- Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Eagle Mountain Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on January 8, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers located at 1650 E. Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah. The hearing is for the following: - The Pole Canyon extractive industries overlay zone, rezone, and applicant proposal for a mass grading permit/extractive industries overlay zone over 2,400 acres of property within the Pole Canyon Master Development Plan. The materials for the proposed items may be reviewed on the City website within three days of the meeting. For more information please contact the Planning Department at (801) 789-6617.
