- NORTH SALT LAKE PLANNING COMMISSION January 8, 2019 6:30 p.m. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Please be advised that the North Salt Lake City Planning Commission will hold Public Hearings on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Council Chambers, North Salt Lake City Hall, 10 E. Center Street. The purpose of the hearings is to receive public comment on the following items: 1. Proposed rezoning of property located at approximately 155 North Main. The property is proposed to be rezoned from Residential (R1-7) to a Planned (P) District for the purpose of construction of 8 townhomes called Hepworth Townhomes. All interested people are invited to attend and make comment. For further information regarding this proposal, please contact the North Salt Lake Community Development Department at (801) 335-8705.
