NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING SCHEDULE OF THE CLEAN AND BEAUTIFUL COMMITTEE OF WEST VALLEY CITY, UTAH The West Valley Clean and Beautiful Committee will hold the following meetings in the year 2019, at 5:30 p.m., in the Public Relations & Neighborhood Services Office (Suite 230), West Valley City Hall, 3600 Constitution Boulevard, West Valley City, Utah. Scheduled meeting dates for the Clean and Beautiful Committee are as follows: January 17, 2019 June 20, 2019 February 21, 2019 August 15, 2019 March 21, 2019 September 21, 2019 ** April 18, 2019 October 17, 2019 May 9, 2019* November 23, 2018 *** * Meeting held in Multipurpose Room, West Valley City Hall, 3600 S Constitution Blvd, WVC, UT ** Meeting held at 9 AM, Utah Cultural Celebration Center, 1355 W 3100 South, WVC, UT *** Meeting held at 9 AM, West Valley City Hall Lobby, 3600 S Constitution Blvd, WVC, UT Meetings in addition to those specified herein will be held as circumstances require. Appropriate notice will be given for such meetings. A written agenda will be posted on the State Public Meeting Notice website at http://pmn.utah.gov no later than 24 hours before each meeting.
