Description/Agenda: RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - OnPoint Properties, LLC is requesting a rezone of property located at 12907 S. 3600 West from M-1 and C-PO to RM-8 (Multifamily Residential 8 Units per acre). Rob Poirier is requesting approval of an amended commercial site plan, ABRA Auto Body and Glass located at 3383 West 12600 South. - Barbara Catron has submitted an application for Commercial Site Plan approval for a proposed office site on property zoned Commercial Professional Office at 13024 South Redwood Road.
