Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE HUNTSVILLE TOWN COUNCIL OF HUNTSVILLE TOWN, UTAH, JANUARY 24TH, 2019 In accordance with state law, public notice is hereby given that the Huntsville Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on January 24th, at 7:00 p.m., at the Huntsville Town Hall located at 7309 E. 200 S., to receive public comment in favor and opposition to a proposed amendments to 15.17.3, Additions and Enlargements to Non-Conforming Homes. All interested parties are invited to attend. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing assistance with attendance to this meeting should call Beckki Endicott at 801-745-3420, at least a 48 hour prior to this meeting.
