- NOTICE OF AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Wellington will hold a regular City Council Meeting on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at the Wellington City Hall, located at 150 West Main Street, Wellington, Utah. Meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 pm and the agenda shall be as follows: 1. Public Comment Period 2. Pledge of Allegiance, Roll Call, and Approval of Previous City Council Minutes 3. Public Hearing to Approve Wellington City to Make Application(s) for the Community Development Block Grant. 4. Public Hearing to Receive Comments on Amending the Wellington City Fee Schedule, including the rates for Culinary Water, Sewer, and Sanitation Collection. 5. Resolution 2018-09. A Resolution Amending the Culinary Water and Sewer Rates for all Users Served by Wellington City. 6. Resolution 2018-10. A Resolution Amending the Sanitation Collection Rates for all Users Served by Wellington City. 7. Resolution 2018-11. A Resolution Amending the Wellington City Fee Schedule. 8. Resolution 2018-12. A Resolution Amending the Wellington City General Plan, by Adopting the Moderate Income Housing Element, 2018 as Part of the Wellington City General Plan. 9. Executive Session 10.
