- NOTICE AND AGENDA CENTRAL VALLEY TOWN COUNCIL MEETING DECEMBER 19, 2018 Notice is hereby given that the Central Valley Town Council will meet on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at the Central Valley Community Center, 50 West Center Street, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:30 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows. The order of business may be changed as time permits. 1. Pledge of Allegiance, Opening Remarks, Meeting called to order and roll call. (Mayor Peterson) 2. Approval of minutes of previous meetings. 3. Culinary Water Improvement Project. Approve invoices for Jones and DeMille ($71,437.75) Chamberlain ($6,000.00) Kent Nielson ($43,950.00) 4. Discuss and approve, appoint new members of planning commission. 5. Review Candidates for new town council member. Appoint and approve new council member. 6. Financial Audit for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2018. Approve audit and invoice. 7. Approve meeting Schedule for 2019. 8. Approve Manwill/Hunt single lot split. 50 East 100 South. 9. Approve KC Yardley Conditional Use Permit for Open Storage Yard. Center and Hwy 118. 10. Department Current Concerns. Review Employee project list. 11. Review and Approval of monthly expenditures. 12. Council Members Reports. 13. Adjournment.
