Call to Order - Mayor David Taylor 2. Invocation - Councilman Bob St. Jacques 3. Approval of Minutes from Previous Meeting(s) 4. Reports/Action Items - Boards/Committees/Staff/Officers: a. Approval Policy #2018-04; A Policy Designating which Positions are Eligible to Exempt from Retirement Benefits b. Local Consent Approval for Utah Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control Licensing & Compliance Section for Richard L. Miller Enterprises, Inc. c. Approval of 2019 Meeting Schedules 5. Approval of Vouchers 6.
