- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF HINCKLEY WILL HOLD A PUBLIC MEETING IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE REGULAR TOWN COUNCIL MEETING ON WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 19, 2018, BEGINNING AT 7:00 p.m., IN THE HINCKLEY TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS. THE AGENDA ORDER MAY BE AS FOLLOWS INVOCATION l. PLEDGE ll. ROLL CALL III. GUESTS IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING V. PETITIONS, REMONSTRANCES, AND COMMUNICATION VI. REPORT OF OFFICERS - BOARDS - COMMITTEES VII. STAFF REPORT MAYOR BRIAN FLORANG COUNCIL MEMBERS: HOLLY JOSEPH CHRIS PALMER JUSTIN ROWLETTE RAY SEARLE VIII. NEW BUSINESS 1. CERT TRAILER / COMMITTEE 2.
