- 2019 ANNUAL MEETING SCHEDULE Pursuant to section 52-4-202 of the Utah Code, the City of Clearfield hereby gives notice that The Clearfield Parks and Recreation Commission will generally hold its regular meetings for the 2019 calendar year on the third Wednesday of each month. The regular meetings generally begin at 7:00 pm and are held in the Clearfield Community Services Department conference room at 55 South State, 1st Floor, Clearfield, Utah. Scheduled meetings may be cancelled when the need arises. In such instances at least 24 hour notice will be given regarding the cancellation. Scheduled regular Parks and Recreation Commission meeting dates for the 2019 calendar are as follows: January 16 February 20 March 20 April 17 May 15 June 19 August 21 September 18 October 16 November 20 December 18 Dated this 17th day of December, 2018. /s/Nancy R.
