Craig Smith-Present preliminary plan for the Leishman Estate Subdivision consisting of 3 lots total, located at approximately 150 West 300 North. Tax Id.#11-081-0058 11. Discuss Resolution 2019-01 authorizing the transfer of storm water funds to the FY2018-19 General Fund for the purchase of certain real property. 12. Discuss resolution 2019-02 amending the Wellsville City handbook and guidelines to increase the amount reimbursed for the use of personal vehicles on official city business. 13. Discuss option of proposed curve and speed limit signs to be put up at approximately 305 East 1600 South. 14. Discuss for approval hiring Danielle McBride as a crossing guard for Wellsville Elementary. 15. Discuss for approval the option of a liability waiver for all who participate in the sham battle. 16.
