- AGENDA 4:30 p.m. Bus Tour of Agenda Sites: The Planning Commission will travel in a city bus to drive by each of the agenda sites for which hearings are scheduled. No decisions are made during the tour. The bus leaves from City Hall and the public is invited. 5:30 p.m. I. WELCOME II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES from the meeting of November 8, 2018. III. PUBLIC HEARING The following items are scheduled for a public hearing before the Commission. The order of the meeting is for the Chair to read the agenda item. Staff will summarize its report to the Commission. The proponent of the project can make a presentation. Public comment is encouraged. The Commission will close the public hearing and deliberate prior to making a decision. PC 18-042 Westfield Development Phase 1 [Design Review Permit] Justin Campbell-Cartwright Architects/Vrugg Holdings LLC, authorized agent/owner, request construction of a 35,240 SF building for commercial services on 3.84 acres located at 1200 West 200 South in the Commercial Services (CS) zone; TIN 05-107-0014-0021 (Ellis Neighborhood). PC 18-043 The Logan Silos [Design Review Permit] Tim Rodebush/Logan Silos LLC, authorized agent/owner, request repurposing of the existing structures into mixed-use and residential located at 280 West 300 South in the Mixed-Use (MU) zone; TIN 02-050-0007;-0012 (Woodruff Neighborhood). PC 18-044 Duke Motor Company - PROJECT WITHDRAWN PC 18-045 LDC Amendment - TC Density Bonuses [Code Amendment] Logan City requests to amend the Land Development Code ยง17.34 to include provisions for density and height bonuses in the Town Center (TC) zones.
