- NOTICE OF ADOPTION On December 11, 2018, the West Valley City Council passed an ordinance designating an official project area plan and budget for the newly created Fairbourne Community Reinvestment Area. The project area plan sets forth the objectives to be pursued within the Project Area, which is located in and around the Fairbourne Station downtown area of West Valley City. The ordinance and the project area plan and budget are available for public inspection between 7 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Thursday, holidays excepted, at City Hall, which is located at 3600 S. Constitution Blvd., West Valley City, Utah.
