MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, December 20, 2018, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting shall begin at 6:30 P.M. with the agenda as follows: CITY COUNCIL MEETING - THURSDAY, DECEMBER 20, 2018 - 6:30 P.M. 1. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Review of new business licenses: a. Jeremiah's Lodge & Gardens, 1329 West 12th Street (Events). b. Top Line Sales, LLC, 1572 South 1100 West (Auto Broker). 4. Discussion/action on 2019 Meeting Schedule. 5. Reconsideration of Ordinance approving Phase 5 of the Townhouse Estates Subdivision at 1045 West 1200 South. 6. Discussion/action on Resolution adopting Interlocal Agreement with Weber County for various road services. 7. Discussion/action on adoption of Marriott-Slaterville City Logo. 8. Community Awards. 9. Adjourn meeting until January 17, 2019. 10. Convene Christmas Party with Planning Commission and volunteers in Multi-purpose Room. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, hereby certifies that the above notice and agenda was sent via facsimile to the Ogden Standard-Examiner. The notice and agenda was posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the mayor, council members, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about December 13, 2018. These public posting places being: 1) Municipal Complex, 2) Chevron on 400 North, and 3) America First Credit Union at 12th and 12th. Items not meeting deadlines are omitted from the agenda.
