- ANNUAL MEETING SCHEDULE FOR THE LIBRARY BOARD PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the 2019 Annual Meeting Schedule of the Library Board of Highland, UT be as follows: Regular Meeting Date January 24 February 28 March 28 April 25 May 23 June 27 July 18 August 22 September 26 October 24 November 21 December 12 Regular meetings of the Library Board are held at Highland City Hall, West Conference Room, 5400 West Civic Center Drive, Highland, UT commencing at 7:00 p.m., generally on the fourth Thursday of each month (or as noted above). Meetings may be cancelled due to holidays or lack of agenda items.
