- ANNUAL MEETING SCHEDULE FOR THE PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the 2019 Annual Meeting Schedule of the Planning Commission of Highland, UT be as follows: Regular Meeting Date January 15 February 26 March 26 April 23 May 28 June 25 July 9 August 27 September 24 October 22 November 19 December 10 Regular meetings of the Planning Commission are held in the Council Chambers, 5400 West Civic Center Drive, Highland, UT commencing at 7:00 p.m. generally on the fourth Tuesday of each month (or as noted above). Meetings may be cancelled due to holidays or lack of agenda items.
