- Bluff Town Council Tuesday, December 4, 2018 Bluff Community Center at 6:00 p.m. 190 N 3rd East P. O. Box 324 Bluff UT 84512 Regular meetings are held every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. at the Bluff Community Center. Requests to be on the agenda may be submitted to Ann Leppanen at least 4 days before the meeting. Mayor: Ann Leppanen, Luanne Hook, Brant Murray, Jim Sayers, and Linda Sosa AGENDA Roll call Approval of Council Minutes from 11/27/18 Old Business 1. Debra Dull from Rocky Mountain Power will present the BEEC with a contribution (Debra Dull) 2. Debra Dull, Rocky Mountain Power Agreement with the Town of Bluff (All) 3. Suggested Changes by SJC to Interlocal Agreement between the Town of Bluff and San Juan County (All) 4. Planning and Zoning Commission. Discuss a date for a joint work session and date with the Commission to have them sworn in and set a schedule for meetings (Sosa) 5. Road Application Status (Murray) 6. USU Class Involvement with Council (Murray) New Business 1. Discuss December 25, 2018 and January 1, 2019 meeting change. If our meeting falls on a holiday, we will meet the next day. (All) 2. Letter Opposing Rollback of Forest Protections (Sosa) 3. Council Member Who Will Write December Post for Website (All) Other Adjourn
