- P.O. BOX 360127 HOLDEN, UTAH 84636 Notice is hereby given that the Holden Town Council will hold their regularly scheduled town council meeting in the Holden Town Hall located at 185 S. Main, on Wednesday, December 12, 2018. This meeting will begin at 8:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance & roll call 2. Approval of November 14, 2018, Council Meeting Minutes 3. Payment of payroll/reimbursements and bills 4. Petitions, Remonstrance and Communications 5. Report of Officers-Boards-Committees Darren Fox - Electric Brian Stephenson - Roads and Land fill Mike Turner - Water and CERT Phil Whatcott- Parks and Recreation Mayor James W. Masner 6. Planning and Land Use - Ted Bennett 7. New Business a. PTIF Resolution 2018-6- put into motion the resolution signed in November 2018 b. Open and public meeting training 8. Outstanding business a.
