Quarterly CJC Statistical Report: Susan IV. Trainings/Conferences: Tanya/Susan c. CJC Director/Staff Annual Summit hosted by the AG's office Sept 25-27 d. Recent Public Presentations and events: Susan V. Children's Justice Center State Advisory Board Letter regarding VOCA Funding: Tanya a. Review DRAFT letter in packet VI. Utah Children's Justice Centers Policy for Guardian Ad Litem Office attendance at CJC Case Review. Public Comment Merry Christmas to everyone and we bid a fond farewell to Jim Smith as this is his last meeting! We want to thank Jim as for his wonderful support, input and expertise while he has served on the Advisory Board. He will be greatly missed! Motion to Adjourn The next meeting has been scheduled for March 13, 2019 at Noon. Future Quarterly meetings in 2019 will be held on the following dates: June 12th, Sept 11th and Dec 11th. Thank you!
