Town of Portage Council Meeting Wednesday December 12th, 2018 25880 N 9000 W 6:00 PM Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Portage will hold its regular Town Council meeting on Wednesday, December 12th, 2018 at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 PM. The Agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony: 1. Review and Approval of minutes from November 14th, 2018 Town Council Meeting. 2. Review and Approval of November 14th, 2018 to December 12th, 2018 Bills/Payroll. 3. Review Financial Report, Bank Reconciliations and Water adjustments or write-offs. 4. We are posting the Town Clerk and Recorder job, please have all resumes turned in by the Town Council meeting in February. Public Comment: This is an opportunity for the public to address the Council. Please limit your comments to three minutes. Review of Departments: 5. Water - Council Member Nelson a. Discussion and vote on Sunrise Engineering and the cost to do the study for the impact fees. 6. Roads - Council Member Smith a. Discussion of Grant for 8800 West and the Samaria Canal and the approval by both the COG and the County Commissioners for $350,000.00 b. Discussion of Bill Gilson of the County to be the Project Manager c. County wants to start the culvert at 27100 for this year and the Samaria canal d. FEMA and the time extension for next year e. Snow plow equipment ordered and received and possibly more to come. Bill to be paid 7. Planning and Zoning- Council Member John a. Discussion on Resolution section 104; Lots b. Discussion on Resolution section 108; Table of Content; Index and Table of Content c. Discussion on Resolution section 110; Appointment & Quorums and Decisions d. Discussion on Resolution section 114; Zones e. Discussion on Resolution section 115; Land Use f. Discussion on Resolution section 116; Zoning Map g.
