October 30, 2018 special city council minutes November 13, 2018 regular city council minutes October 2018 Recorder's financial report November 2018 Treasurer's report December 2018 Payment Approval report. 2 Discuss/approve/deny extension of the contract with Better City, LLC. 3. Discuss/approve/deny donating funds to MECCA Bicycle Club and providing liability insurance for the event. 4. Discuss/approve/deny contributing $5,000 for a hiring bonus for a new Deputy Sheriff. 5. Discuss/approve/deny creating EMS liaison department and assignment. 6. Discuss/approve/deny promoting Jackie Nelson to Museum Office Manager. 7. Discuss/approve/deny giving consent to the Melon Vine Food Store Inc. for an off-premise beer retailer license pursuant to the provisions of 32 B-7, Utah Code for the purpose of the storage and sale of beer off-premises. 8. Discuss/approve/deny a reprieve for water and sewer for PACT. 9. Discuss/approve/deny Resolution R06-2018, proclaiming the City of Green River 2019 official holidays. 10. Discuss/approve/deny Resolution R07-2018, establishing the 2019 regular meeting schedule for the Green River City Council. 11. Department and employee reports. 12. Adjourn.
