1. 6:35pm Public Hearing to receive public input on what the City Council and Planning Commission have determined a need and good cause to amend the City's land-use ordinance to modify Chapters 12C-1063.12 Mixed Residential 7 and 8 (MR7 and MR8) and Single Family Residential 6 (SF6). Specific Requirements to include Small Single Family and Medium Single Family to the MR7 Building Type List 2 for Qualifying Senior Communities.
2. Consideration and possible recommendation of a Development Plan and Preliminary Plat for the Matt Cook flag lot subdivision (2 lots) located in the R-1-12 zone at 2186 North 1600 East, North Logan. (Matthew Cook)
3. Discussion and review of Commercial setback requirements 12C-1003 'Area, Width, and Yard Regulations,' potentially revising the 50' front setback requirement for commercial development.
