- AGENDA HYRUM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE HYRUM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION TO BE HELD IN THE CITY COUNCIL ROOM, 60 WEST MAIN, HYRUM, UTAH AT 6:30 P.M., THURSDAY, DECEMBER 13, 2018. THE PROPOSED AGENDA IS AS FOLLOWS: 1. ROLL CALL 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 3. INVOCATION 4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: A. November 08, 2018 5. AGENDA APPROVAL 6. SCHEDULED DELEGATIONS: A. Ron Hales, CenterPoint Construction - to request Preliminary Plat approval for Canyon Estates subdivision at approximately 700 East 6600 South and 900 East 6600 South consisting of 139 single family lots. 7. OTHER BUSINESS A. To discuss updates for Title 16 the Subdivision Ordinance and Title 17 the Zoning Ordinance of the Hyrum City Municipal Code. 8. ADJOURNMENT
