Consideration for and adoption of a Parameter Resolution authorizing the issuance of Sales Tax Revenue Bonds of Monroe City, Sevier County, Utah and the calling of a public hearing to receive input with respect to the issuance of such Bonds and any potential impact to the private sector from the construction of the street improvement project.
