Notice is hereby given that the Myton City Council will hold its regular meeting Tuesday, December 11, 2018 in the Council room of the Myton City Hall, which meeting will begin at 6:30 P.M. This meeting may or may not be conducted electronically via telephone. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Roll call. 2. Reading & approval of minutes of previous meeting(s). 3. Public Comment. 4. K & K Sanitation - Thank you for continued business. 5. A Public Hearing To Receive Input From The Public With Respect To The Issuance Of The Town Of Myton City Taxable Water Revenue Bonds, In One Or More Series, In The Aggregate Principal Amount Not To Exceed $750,000 For Water System Improvements, And Related Improvements. 6. Discussion and Action on Duchesne County Mosquito Abatement 2019 Budget. 7. City Departmental Reports on the last month's activities Ronnie Young - Maintenance Alan Allred - Fire Department 8. Closed Executive Session - 52-4-205(c) and (d)(ii) Strategy Session to discuss pending, reasonably imminent and ongoing litigation, water rights or shares. (If needed) 9. Closed Executive Session - 52-4-205 (1)(a) - Discussion of the Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an individual(s) regarding delinquent utility accounts. 10.
