- NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Delta, Utah will hold a Special Work Session on Wednesday, December 12, 2018, at the Delta City Municipal Complex Council Chambers located at 76 North 200 West, Delta, UT, 84624-9440, which meeting shall begin promptly at 5:00 p.m. AGENDA 5:00 p.m. Call to Order Discussion about the Delta City Personnel Policy Any such business as may come before the City Council.

- THE PUBLIC IS ENCOURAGED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL CITY MEETINGS. Furthermore, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Delta will make reasonable accommodations for those needing assistance to participate in our meetings. Requests for meeting assistance can be made by e-mailing the Delta City Recorder, gschafer@delta.utah.gov or calling 435-864-2759 at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting to be attended.
- Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation
- Be advised the City Council may commence a Closed Meeting, pursuant to Utah Code Annotated (UCA) § 52-4-204 and § 52-4-205, (1953), as amended. Further, be aware the City Council may also conduct an Electronic Meeting so that a member of the Public Body may participate, pursuant to UCA §52-4-207, (1953), as amended. Agenda items are considered flexible and may be conducted sequentially different than illustrated herein to meet the needs of the City Council. Individuals and entities that have business before the City Council should be present at meeting commencement.
