Leslie Rice 4. Hortt Carter 5. Kimberlee Clem. 6. Gordon Grimstead B. Planning Commission. 7:30 pm INTRODUCTION AND ADOPTION OF RESOLUTIONS AND ORDINANCES. 7:40 pm NEW BUSINESS. A. Wayne Kogianes - Request for Grazing Lease on City Property. B. Bill Riley, Request to purchase city property he currently has a grazing lease on. C. Jonathan Street - Request to lease 17.14 Acres of City Property for a Christmas Tree Farm. 8:00 pm UNFINISHED BUSINESS. A. Discussion and Decision on how to proceed on Renovation of City Hall. B.
