Description/Agenda: MIDVALE CITY PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that during a City Council meeting on December 4, 2018, the Midvale City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2018-O-15 Amendments to Ordinance 2018-O-15 rezoning approximately 0.64 acres of property located at 145 East Fort Union Boulevard (7200 South) overlays (SF-1/DO & 7200 S) To Regional Commercial with the 7200 South Overlay (RC/7200 S); Also providing a saving clause and an effective date for the ordinance. Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Midvale City will make reasonable accommodations for participation in the meeting. Request assistance by contacting the City Recorder at 801-567-7207, providing at least three (3) working days advance notice of the meeting.
Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation: Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Council Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Councilmember will be on speakerphone. The speakerphone will be amplified so that the other Council Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
