a. Vicky Nash- Conditional use permit
Vicky Nash- I'm asking for a conditional use permit so we can put a 24 foot travel trailer in the back of our house for a friend of ours. He had to move from his home and couldn't find a guaranteed spot for his trailer. He wanted to get it set somewhere and winterized before it started to cold. He asked us if he could possibly park it in our back yard for about 6 months or until spring.
Joe Johnston- There has been no update or guidance on this since last month.
Gary Hunter- We have no authority over this anymore. We cannot make the decision.
Joe Johnston- If there is no further comments or concerns from the Planning Commission Board Members, than we need to dismiss this to our Mayor and let him decide on what to do next. The ordinances are not specific enough for making a decision on a conditional use permit.
