Description/Agenda: October 3, 2018 The Planning commission met on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at the public safety building located at 130 W. Main in Cleveland, Utah at 7:00 pm. Those present were commission members Kit Anderson, Annie Anderson, and Tracy Randall, with council member Kristen Vose also in attendance. The meeting was opened with the pledge of allegiance and a prayer. Item #1 Brandon Behling zoning clearance for new home at approx. 755 W 40 N Brandon and Barbara were both in attendance and presented their plans to the commission. The property is in a residential zone and meets all frontage and setback requirements. A motion was made by Tracy and seconded by Annie. All were in favor. Motion carried. Item #2 Adjourn meeting The meeting was adjourned by Kit. Shannon World, clerk
