NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 5, 2018 the Grantsville City Council enacted the following ordinances:
Ordinance 2018-21 amending the official zoning map of Grantsville City, Utah by rezoning 0.60 acres located at 168 East Main Street from a CS zone to a CD zone.
Ordinance 2018-22 amending the official zoning map of Grantsville City, Utah by rezoning 1.929 acres located at 4778 East Highway 112 from an A-10 zone to a R-1-21 zone.
Ordinance 2018-23 amending the official zoning map of Grantsville City, Utah by rezoning 18 acres located at 3000 Warm Springs Road from an A-10 zone to a RR-5 zone.
These ordinances will take effect upon the publication of this notice. These ordinances may be reviewed or a copy may be obtained from the Grantsville City Recorder at 429 East Main Street, Grantsville Utah. (435.884.3411)
