Description/Agenda: REGULAR MEETING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sunset City Planning Commission will hold a regular meeting on December 12,2018 at Sunset City Hall, 200 W. 1300 N. Sunset, Utah. Said meeting will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. If you have information or items for the Boards consideration, it is necessary that the information is furnished at least 10 days prior to the scheduled meeting to give the needed time to study your request. The agenda shall be as follows: A. CALL TO ORDER B. WELCOME C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: November 14, 2018 REGULAR MEETING: 1. M&B Auto 2441 N. Main Street Suite #7 Sunset, UT 84015. Mr. Mitchell would like to be able to purchase vehicles that people cannot afford to repair, fix them and re-sale them. 2. Transportation and Land use. 3. General Information.
