Notice of Public Hearing South Ogden City Notice is hereby given that the South Ogden City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 18, 2018, beginning at 6:00 p.m. or as soon as the agenda permits, in the council chambers of City Hall located at 3950 Adams Avenue, South Ogden, Utah. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive and consider comments on proposed amendments to SOCC 1-6-1 and 1-6D-3 which would end the requirement of elected officials and some administrative staff to be bonded. It would instead allow them to be covered through the city's liability insurance. Any interested person is invited to attend and offer comment or respond in writing. For information about the amendments, please contact Steve Liebersbach at 801-622-2703.
