RIVERTON CITY 2019 MEETING SCHEDULES Pursuant to § 52-4-202(2) Utah Code Annotated, Riverton City hereby gives notice of the following meeting schedules for the Year 2019: - City Council Meetings are generally held on the first and third Tuesday of each month with Work Sessions beginning at 5:30 p.m. and City Council Meetings beginning at 7:00 p.m., at Riverton City Hall, located at 12830 South 1700 West, Riverton, Utah. - Planning Commission Meetings are held on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month beginning at 6:30 p.m. at Riverton City Hall, located at 12830 South 1700 West, Riverton, Utah. - Riverton Law Enforcement Service Area Meetings are held on a regular basis on the third Tuesday of each month. - Board of Adjustment Hearings are held on an as needed basis. - Redevelopment Agency Meetings, Special and/or Emergency Meetings, in addition to those specified, may be held as circumstances require. Best practicable notice will be given for such meetings. City Council Meeting Dates for 2019 1st Tuesday 3rd Tuesday January 1-No Meeting January 15 February 5 February 19 March 5 March 19 April 2 April 16 May 7 May 21 June 4 June 18 July 2-No Meeting July 16 August 6 August 20 September 3 September 17 October 1 October 15 November 5-No Meeting November 19 December 3 December 17-No Meeting Planning Commission Meeting Dates for 2019 2nd Thursday 4th Thursday January 10 January 24 February 14-No Meeting February 28 March 14 March 28 April 11 April 25 May 9 May 23 June 13 June 27 July 11 July 25-No Meeting August 8 August 22 September 12 September 26 October 10 October 24 November 14 November 28-No Meeting December 12 December 26-No Meeting Meetings may be canceled; however, best practicable notice will be given for canceled meetings. Meetings will not be held on a State or Federal Holiday or on an Election Day. All meetings are open to the public unless closed, pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act. Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorder's Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
