1. Roll Call. 2. Briefing by the Staff A. Update on RAC Agenda Process & RDA Project Profile Quarterly Update ---RDA Staff will provide an update on how future RAC agendas will be structured and the upcoming process to help inform RAC members on the status of RDA projects. 3. Approval of the minutes A. Review and Approval of August 1, 2018 RAC Minutes Approval of the August 1, 2018 minutes was postponed during the November meeting due to an error within the minutes. Corrections have been made and the minutes will be re-considered for approval. B. Review and Approval of November 7, 2018 RAC Minutes ---RAC members will review the November 7, 2018 meeting minutes and considered for approval. 4. Business A. RDA Loan Policy Discussion ---RDA Staff will lead a discussion on potential changes to the RDA Loan Program and ask RAC members to provide input. 5. Adjournment People with disabilities may make requests for reasonable accommodation no later than 48 hours in advance in order to attend this Redevelopment Advisory Committee.
