- PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Commission of Levan Town, Juab County, State of Utah, will hold its regular meeting on Wednesday December 5, 2018, at its regular meeting place, the Levan Town Hall, 20 North Main, Levan, Utah, at 7:00 PM. The agenda shall be as follows: The order of business may change as time permits. REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING: 1. Opening Business: Welcome Roll Call Prayer Pledge of Allegiance 2. Approval of past Minutes: November 7, 2018 - Regular Meeting 3. Building Permits: Lynn & Sandy Hedberg - 14 W 300 S - Cleary Building 4. Actions: None 5. Reports: Office Issued Permits: 6. Discussion Items: Amberlee Worwood - information to build a Duplex on 1/2 Acre Discuss potential Planning Commission Members 7. Adjourn: WORK SESSION (after Regular Session) Go over General Plan Surveys Work on General Plan
