Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at Approx. 435 E Center St (Monkey Town Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Kent Reimschussel for a 2-lot, residential preliminary subdivision plat called Reimschussel Estates Plat 'A' on property located at approximately 435 E Center Street in the R1-7 (Single-family Residential) Zone. Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at 1473 W State St (Sam White's Lane) Public Hearing to consider the request of Larry Myler for a 2-lot, preliminary subdivision plat called Hidden Springs Subdivision Plat 'A' on property located at 1473 West State Street in the Grove Mixed-Use (GMU) Overlay Zone. Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at 1473 W State St (Sam White's Lane) Public Hearing to consider the request of Larry Myler for a residential condominium plat called Hidden Springs Subdivision Condominium Plat 'A,' with 117 lots, on property located at 1473 West State Street in the Grove Mixed-Use (GMU) Overlay Zone. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at 1473 W State St (Sam White's Lane) Public Hearing to consider the request of Larry Myler for approval of a proposed site plan for a new single-family residential development, with 117 dwellings, on property located at 1473 West State Street in the Grove Mixed-Use (GMU) Overlay Zone. Public Hearing: Vicinity Plan Amendment - Located at Approx. 545 E 1400 N (Big Spring Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Christine Gonzalez to amend the vicinity plan for the future termination of a road called 1400 North, affecting properties along 1400 North that lie east of a street called 500 East, in the R1-20 (Single-family Residential) Zone.
