Salt Lake City Planning Division OPEN HOUSE December 13, 2018 at 6 - 8 pm MARMALADE LIBRARY 280 W 500 North Salt Lake City, Utah 84103 4th Avenue Pump House - Salt Lake City Public Utilities is requesting to construct a new pump house on the subject property located at 300 North Canyon Road. The pump house will contain the required equipment and chemicals to access and treat the existing well. This item has attended a public Open House and a Work Session with the Historic Landmark Commission. This Open House will provide an opportunity for the Public to gain information, and see updated renderings. The subject property is located in Council District 3, represented by Chris Warton.
