Description/Agenda: To be published on December 2, 2018, in Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on December 13, 2018 to receive public comment on a request by Adam Lankford, representing Wasatch Residential Group for Text Amendment and Master Area Plan, known as the Veranda West Transit Station District Text Amendment and Master Area Plan, for the purpose of amending DCMC Section 9-14-110 to add Transit Station District Intensity Areas to the property located at 13638 South 600 West, and create a Master Area Plan for the property. The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on December 13, 2018, at 6:30 p.m. Inquiries may contact Jennifer Jastremsky at the Draper City offices, (801) 576-6328.
