Approval of the October 30, November 12, November 26, 2018 Special Meeting Minutes E. Action Items 1. Resolution 18-32 Eliminating the Deputy Chief Position and changing the two Lieutenant positions into two Captain positions in the Police Department 2. Resolution 18-33 A Resolution declaring certain property as surplus and authorizing its sale. F. Presentations 1. Employee of the Month- Bradley Gilbert G.
