LEHI CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
On December 13, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Lehi City Council Chambers located at 153 North 100 East, the Lehi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on the following items:
Public hearing and recommendation of Tricia Vanderkooi's request for review of the Powell zone change on approximately .75-acres of property located at 675 East 200 South changing the zoning from TH-5 (transitional holding) to Commercial.
Public hearing and consideration of Brady Visker's request for conditional use approval of 2nd Chance Auto Glass located at 300 East Main Street in a Mixed Use zone.
Public hearing and recommendation of Jason Rickards' request for the Vivian Estates Phase 2 preliminary subdivision, a 34-lot residential development located at 2600 North 600 East in an approved RA-1 (residential/agriculture) zone.
Public hearing and consideration of Gold Penn Venture's request for approval of the Beany's concept located at 310 North 850 East.
Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request to amend the Lehi Design Standards and Public Improvement Specification manual to update the standard street cross section.
Public hearing and consideration of David Bradshaw's request for approval of a conditional use permit to run conduit across the intersection of Morning Vista & Seasons View Drive.
Public hearing and consideration of Paul Baird's request for approval of the Pinnacle Chiropractic concept to be located at 289 East Main Street in a proposed Mixed Use zone.
Public hearing and recommendation of Paul Baird's request for a Zone Change on approximately .41-acres of property for Pinnacle Chiropractic changing the zoning from R-3 (high density residential) to Mixed Use.
Public hearing and consideration of George Bori's request for approval of the Bori 1200 West Commercial concept plan located at 3200 North 1200 West in Commercial and Neighborhood Commercial zoning.
Public hearing and recommendation of Boyer Holbrook Residential request for preliminary subdivision review of Holbrook Farms Plat F, an 81-lot residential development located at 4300 West Waterbury Drive in a Planned Community zone.
Public hearing and recommendation of Edge Homes' request for preliminary subdivision review of Exchange II, a 340-unit residential development located at approximately 1500 North 3600 West in an existing R-3 (high density residential) PUD zone.
Public hearing and consideration of Rick Magness's request for conditional use approval of the Maverik site plan located at 2050 North 3600 West in an existing Commercial zone.
Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for amendments to the Lehi City Development Code including:
a) Chapters 5 and 39 adding a pet grooming use and definition, as well as removing the 'small animal hospital' use
b) Chapter 5, adding a public notice requirement for use changes in the Public Facilities zone
c) Table 05.030A, adding Accessory Apartments as an allowed use in all single family residential zones where allowed by the new accessory apartment regulations
d) Tables 05.040 and 05.040B changing the use of non-public below ground utilities from Conditional to a Permitted Use
e) Chapter 37, Design Standards
f) Chapter 39 amending the definitions for Xeriscape and Outdoor Sales and Display
Public hearing and consideration of First Digital Telecom's request for conditional use approval to run fiber optics along 60 South 100 West.
