NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council will hold a regular Council Meeting Monday December 3, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. at the Minersville Town Hall. The following is the agenda Mayor will open the meeting stating time and date: 1. Approve minutes from the November 5, 2018 Council Meeting 2. Scott Albrecht: Explanation of Resolution No. 12.5.18 Supporting submission of an application for enterprise zone designation to the Governor's Office of Economic Development. Vote on Resolution No 12.5.18 3. Discuss funding for the After School Program. 4. Caleb Rees: Minersville Town FY ending June 30, 2018 audit report 5. Capital Improvement list updates. 6. Mayor Caleb Evans: Town Emergency plan 7. Pay bills 8. Other Business: Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of §52-4-204 and §52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended OLD BUSINESS: 1.
