A NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE CARBON COUNTY RECREATION/TRANSPORTATION SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT AND LOCAL BUILDING AUTHORITY ****************************************** Notice is hereby given that the Carbon County Recreation/Transportation Special Service District and Local Building Authority of Carbon County, State of Utah, will hold a regular meeting in the First Floor Conference Room of the Carbon County Administration Building, 751 East 100 North, Price, Utah commencing at 3:00 PM on Monday, December 3, 2018 . Members please call 636-3263 if you are unable to attend. AGENDA Convene as the Local Building Authority. 1. Public Hearing to approve a Resolution adopting the 2019 Local Building Authority Budget 2. Approval of Local Building Authority minutes. 3. Set date for Public Hearing to open and adjust the 2018 Local Building Authority Budget. 4. Others Local Building Authority Business. Adjourn as the Local Building Authority and reconvene as the Special Service District 1. Public Hearing to approve a Resolution adopting the 2019 Special Service District Budget. 2. Approval of the Special Service District minutes. 3. Update on the Golf Course, Tom King. 4. Discussion and possible approval of an increase requested by the County Commission for reimbursement of debt payments. 5. Set date for a public hearing to open and adjust the 2018 Special Service District Budget. 6. Review and approve Ordinance 19-1, setting meeting dates for 2019. 7. Review of the Special Service District financial reports. 8. Other Special Service District business.
