RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Craig & Holly Hiller are requesting approval of Yates Subdivision, a two lot residential subdivision located at approximately 1637 West 134200 South. - Greg Larsen is requesting approval of a commercial site plan, Country Life Skilled Nursing Care Center Phase 2, located at approximately 13763 S Redwood Road. - Rob Poirier is requesting approval of an amended commercial site plan, ABRA Auto Body and Glass located at 3383 West 12600 South. - Riverton City is proposing amendments to General Note #10 on the Lucky Estates Subdivision Plat. - Riverton City is considering amendments to 18.20.020; 18.25.020; 18.30.020; 18.35.020; and 18.40.020, to allow Pygmy Goats in single family residential zones.
