- Hyde Park City Council Meeting 113 East Center Street November 28, 2018 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Agenda Workshop 4:00 Field Trip to property owned by Sierra Homes at the base of round hill to consider a donation of the property to the City. City Council 7:00: Welcome Prayer or Thought Pledge of Allegiance Adoption of Agenda Approval of Minutes from Nov 14th 7:10: Citizen Input 7:15: Hyde Park City Audit presentation (Diana Cannell from Allred Jackson): 7:30: Consider options for a road plan on 50 East from 600 south to the North Logan Border. The options were presented by Scott from Sunrise Engineering in the November 14th meeting. After an option is chosen, a record of survey will be recorded at the County so future developers will have a plan to follow. 7:45: Consider Round-Abouts and Right of Way purchases on 3100 North. Scott from Sunrise Engineering requested direction on how to proceed with the 3100 North Project. Departments Executive Session to discuss pending litigation and Personnel Issues
