NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Gunnison City Planning and Zoning Committee will hold a Public Hearing along with its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, November 28, 2018, at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center. This meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. 1. Invocation 2. Proposed Approval of Vice-Chair 3. 6:00 p.m. Public Hearing to receive public comment regarding the Development and Adoption of a General Plan 4. Proposed Approval of General Plan with Recommendation to Present to Council for Approval 5. Update on Status of proposed amendment to the Gunnison City Land Use Ordinance, Appendix A, Table of Uses: Bed and Breakfast Inn and Section 1714, Bed and Breakfast Inn 5. Update on Status of proposed amendment to the Gunnison City Land Use Ordinance, Appendix A, Table of Uses: Personal Care Services 6. Approve Minutes 7. Future Items Dated and Posted: November 27, 2018 ____________________________ Karen Prisbrey, Zoning Secretary *The City of Gunnison, in compliance with the ADA will provide accommodations for citizens in need of assistance.
